Pick-Up
We offer pick-up option at Blackburn, VIC 3130. Customers will be contacted via email for pick-up instruction and when the order is ready for collection.
Postage Rates (within Australia)
- A flat rate of $4.99 on all orders under $99
- FREE postage on all orders over $99
Express Postage Rates (within Australia)
- A flat rate of $12 for all Express Postage
Bido will send tracking details (via Australia Post eParcel) to the customer's supplied email address. It's the customer's responsibility to ensure that their supplied email address and other contact details are up-to-date. Bido will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged parcels. In the event a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect shipping details being provided or not being claimed from the post office, we will notify the customer via email and arrange an invoice for another shipment. As Bido bears the cost of parcels being returned, we cannot offer free shipping if an order needs to be re-shipped, and we cannot hold unclaimed orders indefinitely.
